This is what you move:

 
As a Digital Media Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the success of our prestigious clients. You conceptualize and manage online marketing campaigns with a focus on performance, ensuring that our clients’ digital strategies are fully successful. In addition, you take on the following tasks:

  • Campaign Management: You plan and manage online marketing campaigns according to clear performance goals—focusing on Paid Social, and depending on your experience, also in Paid Search, Display, Video, and Mobile (Programmatic).
  • Client Development: One of your main responsibilities is the independent strategic and operational support as well as the further development of prominent clients, working closely with the entire WPP Media team.
  • Budget Responsibility: You are responsible for attractive media budgets, including strategy, setup, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Using campaign analyses and evaluations, you support our clients and derive concrete optimization measures.
  • Performance Evaluation: In regular client calls, you present campaign performance, evaluate it, and provide advice for further development.
  • Innovation: Planning and implementing test-and-learn approaches in purchasing tools is also part of your responsibilities.

The following qualities distinguish you:

 
  • Performance Marketing: You bring solid operational expertise in performance marketing, with a clear focus on Paid Social.
  • Platform Experience: Proven experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads; experience with Google Ads and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Your strong communication and project management skills allow you to present complex analyses in an understandable way.
  • Technical Understanding: A strong affinity for numbers and solid technical understanding come naturally to you.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Piwik Pro, is advantageous.
  • Team Player Mentality: You are characterized by a strong team-player mentality and a proactive, hands-on personality.
  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in English. Very good German skills are a clear advantage.
