Programmatic Partnership Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for an ambitious Programmatic Partnership Manager (m/f/x) to help creating scalable cooperations partnerships and accelerate plista`s international expansion strategy.
Core responsibilities of the role will include cross-functional project work. As a key requirement of this role, you will build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders and key industry partners across the organization and in international markets in addition to already existing synergies. Moreover you will be responsible for scope definition, timeline-setting and resource allocation coordination. To be considered for this role you need to have acquired a considerable deep knowledge of ad technology and digital media. The position requires frequent travels, is based in Berlin and reports directly to the Managing Director.


  • Develop and roll out the global programmatic partnerships strategy for the  different plista markets with the alignment of the International Business Development Team
  • Consult and educate various programmatic demand partners, agencies and trading desks on plista’s programmatic proposition
  • Support and enable the growth of programmatic sales within plista’s markets
  • Build and scale solid new business relationships with key industry partners to develop strong and mutually valuable DSP and SSP global partnerships
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company’s products, value proposition and positioning across the company’s international network
  • Liaise and collaborate with programmatic operations and campaign management teams for troubleshooting, optimization, support and scale as well as to ensure successful campaign delivery across all inventory partners
  • Identify and spearhead growth and revenue opportunities that can support the IBD department and the different plista markets in scaling business
  • Relationship and project management for product specific partnerships
  • Generate and present insights to the management


  • Proven Digital media and advertising business experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising as well as partnership management
  • Solid network within the digital media industry
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a Project Management Position
  • Ideally Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an international mindset with the ability to manage numerous senior international stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and competing personalities
  • Solid knowledge of the following areas a plus: Supply Side Platforms (SSP), Demand Side Platforms (DSP), RTB, Exchanges, Media Networks, Campaign management systems, brand products, performance products, data management platforms (DMP), 3rd party data, Analytics, Video, Social, Mobile
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, any additional language skill is a plus
