This is what you move:
As a Media Consultant Client Service (f/m/d), you are the key point of contact for our prestigious client in the luxury watch segment. You manage the day-to-day business, develop tailored media strategies, and coordinate the entire campaign process – from planning and production to analysis, across all media types and channels, including digital. Your responsibilities in detail:

- Client Management & Consulting: Â Serve as the main contact for a high-end luxury watch brand, supporting the client in their day-to-day business and representing the agency during occasional in-person meetings in Le Brassus and local markets.
 - Campaign Planning & Strategy: Take full responsibility for campaign planning — from interpreting briefs to developing bespoke media proposals in collaboration with premium media vendors.
 - Campaign Activation: Oversee the activation of digital advertising across selected websites and ensuring precise implementation.
 - Creative & Production Coordination: Manage creative asset delivery through Adflow and liaise closely with the Paris-based production agency to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output.
 - Cross-Channel Project Management: Lead the planning and activation of additional media channels, including briefing and coordinating specialized OOH/DOOH partners.
 - Reporting & Optimization: Create clear, client-friendly campaign reports at launch, mid-flight, and post-campaign; analyze performance data and provide insights for ongoing optimization and client consultation.
 - Budget & Forecasting: Prepare accurate budget forecasts for the assigned client, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and financial targets.
 - Tools & Process Management: Learn to use WPP Open, the group’s proprietary planning and activation tool, to manage and optimize media workflows efficiently. (training provided)

The following qualities distinguish you:
- Experience & Industry Knowledge: You have relevant years of experience in a comparable role – ideally at a media agency working with international clients.
 - Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Proven experience in creating detailed and insightful campaign performance reports.
 - Digital Campaign Activation: Relevant experience in activating digital campaigns, including setup, interpreting ad server data, and creating performance reports to ensure accurate and effective campaign execution.
 - Website Analytics: Good understanding of Google Analytics to create client-friendly reports on web traffic and analyze the impact of communications on that traffic (nice to have)
 - Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a plus; additional languages such as German are desirable.
