As an Ad Tech Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the integration and optimisation of ad technology solutions for clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of various ad tech tools including GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics and other tech stacks, building website tagging strategies and provide support in executing Dynamic creative optimisations (DCO).  Your role will involve acting as a technical expert, managing projects and providing training and support.Furthermore you will:
 
  • Serve as the technical expert contact for internal agency teams (consultants, client service etc.) and clients regarding ad technology and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise adtech performance, identify and implement innovative ad tech solutions to enhance campaign performance 
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders (internal, clients, and external technology partners) to ensure smooth integration
  •  Research offerings from various ad tech providers and advise consulting team on evaluating and testing new solutions.
  • Stay informed about current market developments and advise customers on future – proof marketing technology, changes in digital tracking and privacy regulations.
  • Manage and implement project plans to integrate different components of client’s technology stack
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data collected through the various tagging and tracking implementations
  • Proactively provide training and advice on ad tech topics internally and with clients
  • Develop best practices documentation offering guidelines, recommendations and instructions for optimal use of the primary ad tech tools
  • Evaluate and compare ad tech providers to determine which provider best meets the specific needs and goals as required by the business
 

The following qualities distinguish you:

  • 2 plus years of professional experience, ideally in a digital media agency, in managing ad tech implementations including Adobe Analytics, GA4, GTM,  and other relevant technologies
  •  Platform expertise within the Google Marketing Stack, Adobe Stack and other leading ad tech solutions, S2S, website and mobile app tracking implementation & tagging strategy
  •  Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  •  Up to date knowledge of market trends and developments in ad tech industry, primarily EU privacy rules and regulations
  • Experience in project management and agile mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stake holders
  •  Basic knowledge of Javascript, SQL, HTML
  • You have excellent English communication skills and bring an intermediate level of German skills

Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of Python or Big Query, Google Firebase
  •  Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, etc.
  •  Experience or knowledge on Adobe Experience Cloud tools
  •  Experience with DMPs/CDPs, such as Adobe Audience Manager, or similar.
  • Knowledge of programmatic DSPs and data/customer management platforms
